Terms and Conditions

1. Valid till 31 March 2021.
2. A $2 promo code will be issued into a user’s ComfortDelGro booking app account when they click on the given promotional link via mobile phone: https://comfortdelgro.onelink.me/1fTR/newweb?utm_source=newweb&utm_campaign=newweb
3. For users without the booking app, the link will take them to the app install page first. They will then receive the promo code once the app has been installed.
4. Limited to the first 2,000 redemptions and 1 redemption per user with no min. spend.
5. Applicable for all trips booked or paid for using the Pay for Street Hail in the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App.
6. The promo code value of $2 will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip.
7. There will be no refund of the balance of the promo code.
8. If the passenger cancels a confirmed booking or does not show up, or if the passenger cancels the “Pay for Street Hail” transaction, the promo code will be forfeited, and there is strictly no re-issuance of promo code.
9. ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice including without limitation the date of the promotion.
