2. Promotion is only valid for dine-in with minimum spend of $50 (before service charge & GST).
3. Discount is only applicable for dine-in on ala carte menu.

5. Discount is not applicable for wedding banquets, seminar packages or private events of more than 50 persons.
6. Discount is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions/offers or vouchers.
7. Peach Garden management reserves the right to amend above terms and conditions without prior notice.

1. Valid till 28 February 2021.
2. Limited to the first 1,000 diners daily with a min. spend of $50 at Peach Garden and 1 redemption per user.
3. Applicable only when the pick-up location is the address of a Peach Garden restaurant.
4. Applicable for all trips booked or paid for using the Pay for Street Hail in the ComfortDelGro Taxi Booking App.  
5. Promo code <CDG3PGL> must be accurately entered into the “Promo Code” field in the App and submitted together at the time the booking is made or the trip is paid for using “Pay for Street Hail”. Only one (1) promo code can be applied each time.
6. The promo code value of $3 will be deducted from the final fare at the end of the trip.
7. There will be no refund of the balance of the promo code.
8. If the passenger cancels a confirmed booking or does not show up, or if the passenger cancels the “Pay for Street Hail” transaction, the promo code will be forfeited, and there is strictly no re-issuance of promo code.
9. ComfortDelGro Taxi reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate the promotion or vary, delete, add to any of these Terms and Conditions from time to time without prior notice including without limitation the date of the promotion.
